I always stay here because the staff is helpful. They suggested a great taxi service on my first visit. The place is perfect for me with Wi-Fi, kettle, AC, airport shuttle, TV. No pets, no smoking. I'll be back for my holidays.

it's a perfect place for city break while in budapest. beds are exceptionally comfortable. the location is marvellous, 10 minutes walk from a giant club.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the furniture was in good shape. The bathroom was big and new, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Despite only having AC, the apartment was warm enough. The location was excellent, situated on a main boulevard in the center of the city. We were able to walk to everything in Budapest and there were plenty of public transport options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which really impressed me. The location was perfect, right on the main boulevard and with a tram stop right in front of the building. I was able to easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. The communication with the owner was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The ground floor entrance was convenient and secure, and I didn't have to worry about carrying my luggage up any stairs. Although there was limited exposure to sunlight, I didn't mind as I spent most of my time exploring the city during the day. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Budapest.

The only drawback of the apartment was a slight musty odor, likely due to its ground floor location and limited sunlight. Additionally, the mattresses were softer than I prefer, which caused some discomfort.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to all public transport and being very close to all city attractions. It is situated on a main boulevard in the centre, making it convenient to explore the city. the rooms are clean and fully equipped, with everything working perfectly. the communication with the owner is great and they are very accommodating. the apartment also offers facilities such as an air purifier and lots of storage space.

There is a slight negative aspect regarding privacy and fresh air in the room due to the presence of a person smoking outside the flat in the inner yard. Opening the curtains or windows would compromise privacy and ventilation, leaving the room feeling a bit stuffy.

I stayed at Authentic Grand Boulevard for an extended weekend and was incredibly impressed. The apartment offered exceptional value for the price and had all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness was top-notch, which is saying something as I have high standards. The location, although interesting to get to, was worth it for the peace and quiet. The host was helpful and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Always stay here, no regrets. Staff helped me find forgotten stuff. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning. Definitely coming back for holiday.

The apartment was incredibly clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised to find shower gel and shampoo provided, which was not mentioned in the description. The location was perfect, with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants right next door. It was also within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the city. The communication with the owner was smooth and Mrs. Ida was very kind and helpful.

The only downside of the apartment was that it was on the ground floor, which meant that people walking by could see inside if we didn't close the curtains. Additionally, the heating system was through an air conditioner, which could be a bit noisy at night.
